About me
I have lived in Northern Ontario for most of my life and the majority has been here in Sudbury, ON.
Raised in a French-Irish-Metis and Christian community, I value relationships, individuality, and treating others as I would want to be treated. This led to a passion for helping others, resulting in volunteering and working at mental health services such as ICAN, NISA, and HSN.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where my focus was on human biology and cognitive and developmental psychology. Furthering my studies, I received my Bachelor of Education, focusing on primary education and additional qualifications in intermediate sciences and senior social sciences. I found that my educational background helps with teaching skills and difficult aspects of therapy to all ages.
In August 2023, I received my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy. This has opened new doors towards helping others with difficult and personal matters.
I look forward to working with you along your healing journey!
