This sheet has different suggestions for coping skills and pros and cons for each category of coping skill.
I suggest having at least 2 in each category and keeping this sheet as a quick reference for when times are tough.

Sometimes it helps to be able to identify what emotions we are experiencing. The feelings wheel can help with beginning the conversation about your emotions.
